he BioProducts Select Cycler II is a gradient thermal cycler designed for PCR applications, featuring advanced flexibility and ease of use for various molecular biology workflows. It is equipped with a 96-well block and incorporates FlexTemp technology, allowing the 96-well plate to be divided into six independently controlled (4 x 4 well) temperature regions. This enables the simultaneous setup of up to six unique annealing temperatures within a 24°C range, making it particularly suitable for protocol optimization and genotyping applications.
Terms of use of the tools:

1. Operational time: office hours.
2. Price per contract IDR 100,000 for 1x Running (per 3 hours), if usage is more than 3 hours please book for 2 sessions.
3. Tool usage schedules :

            Session 1  : 08.00 - 11.00
            Session 1 : 11.00 - 14.00 
            Session 1 : 14.00 - 17.00
            Please write selection session and the kind of samples at Description.
       4. Genetic material samples for PCR tool usage services must be ready to run (DNA/RNA template has been extracted).
       5. Consumables (Reagents, Mastermix, Primers, Probes, and disposables) are provided independently by user.
       6. Samples do not contain active pathogens.
       7. Please complete your payment before using.
